a) Your ordering status through the website will be approved when you receive confirmation from archiola.com. Booking confirmation will be sent via email.

b) Payment for your order can be made by bank transfer appointed by archiola.com

c) The service fee you pay in accordance with the total price of the order.

d) Prices of products and shipping services listed are subject to change without notice under applicable policies.

e) All information regarding offers, gifts, promotions, product promotions through media or print media may be requested on request via our staff or email to: info@archiola.com.

Visa / Master payment system

 

To provide easy and convenience to our customers in transactions at www.archiola.com, we have implemented an online payment system for customers who purchase products online. By using the Visa / Master payment option, all transactions will be processed in Rupiah. We use SSL Secure Sockets Layer Protocol (SSL) that provides full security to every customer and the freedom to shop online without worrying about possible theft of credit card information.

I. Service System

a) Ordering the product through the payment gate www.archiola.com can be done every Monday to Friday at 09.00 s / d 17:00. For reservations on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays and non-business, order items will be placed in the order inbox and will be processed by the next business day.

b) Each customer will be charged a booking fee per transaction mechanism run only by www.archiola.com

c) Exchanges of products that have been ordered online are only served in certain stores / places.

d) Cancellation of products that have been ordered can only be done manually (by submitting a cancellation request) to www.archiola.com.

 

 

II. Online Booking & Payment Procedures

a) For customers who have not registered as user / member must fill out the registration form in advance to be able to login and transact on the site www.archiola.com.

b) After successful login, the customer can order the product online, then fill the ordering information and credit card data on the payment page as follows:

    • Customer name and address

    • Type of card used

    • Visa / Master ID card and credit card

    • The type and quantity of products ordered

    • Ship / take product address

c) After successfully ordering the product on the online payment page, a page with a successful online transaction agreement will appear.

d) Customers are required to click on approval ("I agree ...") before entering into an online payment agreement under the terms and conditions imposed by www.archiola.com

e) Customers pay for the willingness and approval of transactions by ordering transaction value, which is indicated by the approval of the debited bank card.

f) Subscriber is then required to settle the payment and when payment transaction is successful, we will send the payment receipt by e-mail to the e-mail address stated in the customer's personal data in maximum time. 1 (one) day after payment process is complete.

g) Customer is required to keep payment receipt at any time if required in the payment confirmation process.

h) All transactions will be processed within 1 x 24 hours.

i) Archiola.com reserves the right to refuse customer transactions if violated any applicable terms.

j) Customers can also make payments manually, by transfer to the bank listed on the check out page and make payment confirmation on the Payment Confirmation option (right).

k) Credit cards that can be processed are credit cards issued by banks located in Indonesia.

l) You are required to agree to all the terms and conditions contained on this page if you have made a transaction at www.archiola.com.

 

Product Delivery

a) Product Delivery will be made if confirmation of payment through Archiola.com Payment Confirmation (located on the homepage of the site) for transactions made by the customer max 1x24 hours of work has been received. Customers can find out the order status by using the option in Order History in the customer Profile located on the right side (customer is required to login first)

b) Delivery may be made on the same day if the product order and payment confirmation to archiola.com is done before 10.00 WIB (business day). This applies to phone bookings to the Denpasar area and specifically for small items.

c) Product delivery charges will be charged to the customer with a fully customized mechanism for the courier delivery fees used, and is free of charge if the shipping area is within the area designated by Archiola.com.

d) Archiola.com shall not be liable for any damage to goods / packages caused by third parties such as courier services used.

e) Delivery of products using courier services:

    • Courier Archiola.com, associates, vendors

    • JNE / TIKI (outside Bali)

    • EMS, DHL, FedEx for international customers

Product Warranty

 

a) Warranty is provided when the customer meets all the terms and conditions set forth by Archiola.com.

b) The warranty is valid only in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.

c) If a particular product has an official warranty of the purchased product, Archiola.com may only warrant a warranty claim on the product (as long as the warranty is valid and must include a warranty card and a purchase receipt)

d) Warranty does not apply if:

    • The original invoice and warranty card is damaged, lost or can not be displayed

    • The product has been dismantled by a party other than the warranty provider.

    • Item purchases clearance sales of products, last stock, display.

    • Goods damaged in shipping or expedition. We always make sure every product is 100% before shipment.

    • Damaged by animals or insects such as lizards, mice, and so on.

    • Products damaged by improper installation or use, accidents, falls, natural disasters, lightning strikes, fluids, changes in utility voltage, and so on.

Anticipate misuse of photo goods:

a) That the photo of the products entered into our page has met the archiola.com standards. But if it turns out the image is protested and contrary to applicable laws and rules then it is not the responsibility of archiola.com because the copyright owner in this case is the vendor concerned.

b) archiola.com will help to facilitate and check if there are complaints and will block or remove content if there is strong evidence of violation of the law.

Anticipate Online Credit Card misuse

a) Anticipation via website:

     • Customers are required to register as a member on the www.archiola.com website to provide detailed information about the data itself and the type of card used when making a payment via credit card.

     • Archiola.com will add a key question for customers who will make payments online.

     • Key questions will always arise when the customer will approve the transaction.

b) Verify via phone.

     • Archiola.com will verify via phone to ensure that the customer is the owner of online credit card transactions.

Settlement and Law

a) The terms and conditions contained on the archiola.com website regarding our products and services are protected by applicable law in the territory of the country of Indonesia.

b) Any dispute arising from the execution of the sites and services provided by the www.archiola.com party in your country shall be settled in a peaceful and familial manner, unless there are disruptive and pertinent matters which will be legally processed.
